What’s the Buzz? Huge Updates!
Where to begin? So much is happening on this crazy adventure that is my art journey. There are tons of updates over all areas of the Hive, so I thought it would be best to create a newsletter to keep you all updated. Without further ado, here is what we have been up to:
SD Pride Festival was a Sweet Success!
When I decided to take my art more seriously, one of my pipe-dreams was to sell my work at a Pride event. Pride is so important in the LGBTQIA+ community and as an artist trying to spread kindness, it is the perfect place to be.
My dream came true this year and with help from Patrick and Jordan, Pride was as humungous hit! We met tons of wonderful people, had great conversation, and accomplished incredible artist milestones. Selling originals, custom commissions, and large format framed art was what I dreamed the days would entail….and they did. Below are some photos of the amazing people who purchased some of my work.
I am so thankful for the SD Pride Festival organizers for holding a meaningful and successful festival, but also for inviting us artists in to share our work.

New Celebs Join Our Art Fundraiser!
One of the BEST things that came out of the Pride was that I met
Todrick Hall who graciously and eagerly decided to join our Drag Art Fundraiser! Todrick is singer, dancer, choreographer, and more who has collaborated with superstars in every industry including Beyonce, Taylor Swift, Ariana Grande, RuPaul, Chaka Khan, Brandy, Gwen Stefani, and more! A frequent Broadway star, Todrick is currently on London’s “Broadway” in Shrek: The Musical. Todrick is a huge advocate for LGBT charities and a cheerleader for the queer community.

CoLabCrafts & Workshops
As of the beginning of July, I am happy to announce that I have joined the 31 other artists at CoLabCrafts in Escondido, CA. CoLabCrafts sells unique, handmade crafts and art from more than 30 local artists. I am also hosting workshops, the first of which was this last weekend.
