If you have an idea for a painting, no matter how big or small, I would love to talk with you about how we can make your dream a reality. Commissions will be priced relative to medium (acrylics, oils, watercolor, etc.), finished size, special supplies, & difficulty of subject.

My Art Process

While I am exploring mediums & styles, my process tends to stay the same with my artistic creations. In general, the steps I take to create my art follows these steps:

  1. Meet & discuss idea, important colors, medium, canvas type/size, final location of piece, framing requirements, & other items of note

  2. Prepare pencil sketches of layout, design, & placement of the subject with or without input from the buyer

  3. Develop a color palette for the piece

  4. Perform smaller, quickly sketched painting studies to ensure that the idea is solidified

  5. Complete the final painting with check-ins along the way

  6. Discuss final framing & delivery
